Non-Refundable Items

Online Purchases
For products purchased online:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and credited to your original method of payment.
In-Store Purchases
For products purchased in-store:

Return Process: Bring the product along with the original receipt to our store.

Refund Processing: If the return is approved, we will process your refund immediately. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions for returning the product and arrange for a replacement or refund.
